Services and straight pricing

Carpet Cleaning - $98 for two rooms. Low-moisture encapsulation with a pre-treatment that breaks up traffic lanes and spots before the rinse. Additional rooms are priced by the room, and we'll tell you the full total before we book.

Tile and Grout Cleaning - $99 for the first 200 square feet. Kitchens, bathrooms, entryways. We scrub the grout lines, not just the tile face, and the difference shows up most on light-colored grout.

Dryer Vent Cleaning - $99 flat. Lint buildup is a real fire risk and a slow dryer is the usual first sign. Most vents take under an hour.

Air Duct Cleaning - $199 for the first 10 vents. Worth it after any renovation, in new construction (drywall dust gets everywhere), or if it's simply never been done.

Every job is quoted before we start. The price we quote is the price on the invoice.

Republic's water is hard - we clean for it

The City of Republic's own water quality report puts its well water hardness at 165 milligrams per liter - about 10 grains per gallon - solidly "hard" on the standard  scale. That matters for carpet cleaning: hard water changes how detergent rinses out, and soap that doesn't rinse clean leaves a residue that attracts new soil.
